1. How long does delivery take?
Digital invitations are delivered within 8–24 hours.
2. Can I include multiple birthdays?
Yes. Use “Add another birthday” for each person and enter a separate name and age. You can include up to 10 people in one invitation.
3. Can I add an image to the invitation?
Yes. Attach the image you would like to include in the order form.
4. Can I see a sample before I order?
Yes. You can request a sample; contact us for more information.
5. How will I receive the invitation video?
Registered clients receive a secure link and find the video in My Birdaycard. Clients without an account receive the MP4 as an email attachment when its size allows.
